We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Automotive Detailer and Lot Attendant to maintain the appearance and presentation of our dealership inventory and customer vehicles. In this role, you will be responsible for full exterior and interior vehicle cleaning, safe vehicle transport across dealership property, and general lot maintenance to ensure a clean, professional environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities Vehicle Detailing:

Perform thorough interior and exterior cleaning, including washing, waxing, buffing, vacuuming, shampooing upholstery, and cleaning windows on both dealer inventory and customer service vehicles.

Inventory Prep:

Clean and stage newly arrived inventory, trade-ins, and sold vehicles to ensure they are showroom-ready prior to customer delivery.

Lot Organization & Maintenance:

Park, organize, and maneuver vehicles across the dealership lot to optimize space and maintain orderly display lines.

Facility Upkeep:

Carry out routine lot maintenance and cleaning tasks, including trash removal, sweeping service bays, and general exterior upkeep of the dealership grounds.

Vehicle Inspection:

Inspect vehicles for cosmetic damage, scratches, or missing items before and after cleaning, reporting any issues to management.

Requirements & Qualifications Driver's License:

Must possess an active, valid Pennsylvania driver's license with a clean driving record.

Experience:

Prior automotive detailing, car wash, or dealership lot experience preferred, but willing to train motivated candidates.

Physical Demands:

Ability to bend, kneel, squat, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand for extended periods, working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Work Ethic:

Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
