Sands Ford of Red Hill is looking for a dependable, organized Lot Attendant to support our sales department. This role is essential to keeping our dealership running smoothly and ensuring customers have a great first impression the moment they arrive. What You'll Do Maintain a clean, organized lot with properly parked and displayed vehicles Move vehicles between service, sales, detail, and customer pickup areas Keep inventory lined up, tagged, and photo‑ready Assist with vehicle check‑ins, including fuel levels, cleanliness, and damage inspection Support the sales team with staging vehicles for customers and test drives Keep the dealership grounds clean and presentable (trash pickup, snow removal assistance, etc.) Install dealer plates, remove sold tags, and help with basic lot paperwork Perform light cleaning tasks on vehicles as needed Experience & Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to safely operate manual and automatic vehicles Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather Strong attention to detail and ability to follow direction Previous dealership or automotive experience is a plus but not required Who Thrives Here Someone who likes staying busy, takes pride in keeping things organized, and enjoys working around cars all day.
