Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival and assist with parking their vehicles efficiently and safely. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly. Maintain a clean and organized parking area, ensuring all vehicles are parked according to established guidelines. Operate various types of vehicles, including manual transmission, with proficiency. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Assist in managing the flow of traffic within the parking facility to maximize space utilization. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall guest experience at the location. Report any vehicle damage or safety concerns to management immediately. Qualifications Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred. Strong driving skills with experience operating manual transmission vehicles is a plus. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact positively with guests and team members. Experience in dealership or delivery driver roles is advantageous.
