Use GPS navigation tools and fleet tracking systems to locate and manage vehicle movements efficiently. Safely load, unload, and move vehicles using manual handling techniques or equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts when necessary. Maintain clear communication with team members via mobile devices to coordinate vehicle flow seamlessly. Follow safety procedures rigorously, especially during adverse weather conditions or heavy lifting tasks involving manual or mechanical equipment. Ensure the parking area remains organized, clean, and accessible for all guests while adhering to traffic laws and safety standards. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating standard passenger cars is required. Familiarity with GPS navigation systems, fleet GPS tracking, and mobile devices for efficient communication. Prior experience in customer service or valet parking roles is highly desirable. Ability to operate manual transmissions, shuttle vehicles, or commercial trucks is a plus. Knowledge of safe lifting practices, heavy lifting techniques, and mechanical knowledge related to vehicle operation. Comfortable driving in various weather conditions and managing multiple vehicle types including limousines, buses, or light commercial vehicles. Strong communication skills with the ability to provide excellent guest service while maintaining safety standards.
