Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional customer service. Safely operate standard passenger cars, manual transmissions, and other vehicles with precision and care. Park and retrieve vehicles efficiently, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Assist guests with their luggage or belongings when necessary, demonstrating hospitality. Process cash transactions accurately for parking fees, utilizing retail math and cash handling skills. Maintain outdoor work areas in a clean, organized manner while adhering to safety protocols. Communicate effectively with team members and guests to coordinate vehicle movements smoothly. Handle heavy lifting when necessary, such as moving or adjusting vehicles or equipment. Qualifications Prior experience in guest services, hospitality, or valet parking is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a positive attitude! Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating standard passenger cars and manual transmissions is essential. Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members. Ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions while maintaining professionalism. Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Experience in automotive service or dealership environments is a plus but not mandatory.
