Must be fast paced, and can walk 3 flights of stairs while holding trash bags. Reliable Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic. Ability to complete work with minimal supervision. Must be physically able to lift 25 lbs, as well as walk distances. Positive attitude! Responsibilities Report to property by 6:50 PM, Sunday - Thursday, & be prepared to work from 1 to 2 hours a night with a team member. You will collect trash bags within a local apartment community and transfer to the trash compactor onsite. Take photos of all violations and unit numbers and send them to our app at the end of your shift. Work quietly and efficiently keeping noise to a minimum so not to disturb residents.
