Lot Attendant Description:
The Huffines Lot Attendant is a key contributor to providing a world class buying experience for our guests and an essential part of support services to dealership operations.
Lot Attendant Responsibilities:
Coordinates daily schedule with sales management to ensure all responsibilities are completed efficiently and effectively Assists sales team in the process of readying sold vehicles for delivery Keep vehicles for sale neat and orderly, moving units as directed and in accordance with dealership display standards Monitors and adjusts display vehicle placement to minimize chances of damage Verifies, places, and maintains vehicle pricing stickers on all available pre-owned inventory for sale Takes pictures of for sale and trade-in vehicles and maintains library to use for internet marketing Tests batteries of for sale inventory for operational readiness on a weekly basis Periodically walk the lot checking for vehicle damage, maintaining records of damage, and report to management Maintains the cleanliness of the lot, sales building, and surrounding grounds as needed Transport vehicles to and from other locations and helps with offsite delivery of sold units Quality inspect vehicles coming out of detail, ensuring readiness for customer delivery Maintain merchandising materials on vehicles and in pre-owned showroom Ensures vehicles readiness for demonstration drives Enthusiastically greet customers
Lot Attendant Qualifications:
Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle Capable of standing extended periods of time Friendly and customer service focused Reliable and trustworthy Able to multi-task and work under pressure Have basic computer knowledge Customer Service experience is preferred Professional appearance
