Reliable Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic. Ability to complete work with minimal supervision. Must be physically able to lift 25 lbs, as well as walk distances. Positive attitude! Responsibilities Report to property by 6:50 PM, Sunday - Thursday, & be prepared to work for about 20 minutes a day for the first couple months, then about an hour a day once the community is fully occupied. You will collect trash bags within a local apartment community and transfer to the trash compactor onsite. Take photos of all violations and unit numbers and send them to our app at the end of your shift. Work quietly and efficiently keeping noise to a minimum so not to disturb residents. Benefits Part time hours working less than 2 hours per week starting off. Earn reward incentives through our Love Program. All driving is done while on community property - no offsite driving or dumping.

Great pay:

$400 for the first few months. $700-$750 afterwards. Flat Rate and Self-Paced. First 1 - 6 months pay will be adjusted due to workload being less than 30 minutes a night.
