Valet Cashier SUMMARY The Valet Cashier will be the point person for the day to day flow of the valet parking team and front drive activity.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Receive and communicate all vehicle "pulls" to the key control coordinator. Input and control the parking charges and take required parking service payment and handle cash accordingly. Answer all calls from guest rooms regarding vehicles to be pulled Ensure vehicles are pulled in a timely manner and to the guest specification. Organize and communicate outside transportation
QUALIFICATIONS
High school or equivalent education required. Previous customer service experience desired.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Most work tasks are performed outdoors. Must be able to stand for up to 7 hours per day. Walking is required the rest of the working day. Length of time of these tasks may vary from day to day and task to task. Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
