Golf experience is a plus—but it isn't required. We can teach golf. We can't teach attitude. What You'll Do As an Outside Golf Operations Attendant, you'll help create the first and last impression our members have every day.

Your responsibilities include:

Greeting members and guests with professionalism and enthusiasm Preparing, staging, cleaning, and storing golf carts Assisting with bag drop and club handling Picking, washing, and maintaining range balls Setting up and maintaining the driving range and practice facilities Keeping the cart barn, bag room, and staging areas clean and organized Supporting tournaments, outings, and member events Communicating with the Golf Shop to ensure smooth daily operations Helping maintain the high standards and appearance of Springfield Golf & Country Club Qualifications Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Able to stand, walk, and remain active throughout your shift Valid driver's license preferred Weekday availability (Monday-Friday) strongly preferred Some weekend, holiday, and tournament availability as needed Why Join Springfield?
