[Virginia Beach, VA] We are currently seeking a Lot Operation Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our lot and providing excellent customer service to our dealers.

Responsibilities:

Help with the day-to-day operations on the lot Ensure the lot is clean, organized, and safe for customers and employees Assist dealers with their needs and provide excellent customer service Direct traffic flow and ensure vehicles are parked in an orderly manner Monitor the lot for any suspicious activity and report any incidents to management Assisting with lot inventory and moving inventory to appropriate locations Perform routine maintenance on lot equipment and report any issues to management

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a similar role preferred Excellent customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and work outside.
