  • Driven for Success About the Role As a Porter , you'll help keep our dealership running smoothly by assisting with vehicle movement, lot organization, customer vehicle support, and day-to-day dealership needs.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, energetic, enjoys working around vehicles, and wants to get their foot in the door with a growing automotive company. Responsibilities Move vehicles throughout the dealership, lot, and service areas as needed Retrieve and deliver vehicles from various property locations Keep dealership lots clean, organized, and properly arranged Assist with vehicle preparation and general dealership appearance Drive vehicles to and from service lanes, service stalls, and parking areas Maintain vehicle keys and assist with key organization Assist Service and Sales Departments with vehicle movement and other daily needs Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Perform other duties as assigned by management Must be comfortable driving manual transmission vehicles Qualifications Positive, dependable, and motivated attitude Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and clean driving record Reliable transportation to and from work High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends Compensation $15.00 - $18.00 per hour based on experience and performance Benefits Daily training, coaching, and mentoring Access to top-tier industry software Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Long & Short-Term Benefits Paid Training Schedule Day Shift 5-Day Work Week Sundays Off Why Join HoneyCar?
