Job Description
Lot Attendant Port Orchard Ford Port Orchard, WA Full-Time | $17.50-$19.00 per hour Port Orchard Ford is looking for a dependable and hardworking Lot Attendant to join our team. This is an active, hands-on position responsible for keeping our vehicle inventory organized, clean, and ready for customers. The right candidate takes pride in their work, stays productive with limited supervision, and is willing to help wherever needed. Responsibilities Organize and maintain new and pre-owned vehicle inventory Park and arrange vehicles throughout the dealership Move vehicles for the sales and service departments Keep vehicles fueled and ready for customers Assist with vehicle deliveries and dealer trades as needed Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the dealership lot Remove trash, leaves, debris, and other materials from dealership grounds Assist with seasonal outdoor maintenance Help the sales team locate and prepare vehicles for customers Perform other dealership support duties as assigned Qualifications Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required, as regularly driving and moving dealership vehicles is an essential function of this position Ability to safely operate and park a variety of vehicles, including trucks and SUVs Dependable and punctual Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently and stay productive Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to perform the physical duties associated with maintaining and organizing a vehicle lot Automotive or dealership experience is helpful but not required Compensation $17.50-$19.00 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications. No commission or bonus compensation is offered for this position.
