Inside / Outside Moving Vehicles Specialist Kayser Janesville Chevrolet Buick GMC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team in Janesville, WI. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining the organization and appearance of our dealership lot, ensuring vehicles are properly cared for and readily accessible. This position offers a competitive annual salary of $35,000.00 - $40,000.00, paid semi-monthly, with opportunities to grow within a reputable automotive company. Responsibilities Organize, park, and move vehicles on the dealership lot as needed. Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for sales or service appointments. Assist in maintaining lot security by monitoring the premises and reporting any suspicious activities. Support the service department by delivering vehicles to and from the service area. Perform routine lot maintenance tasks such as sweeping, cleaning, and removing debris. Coordinate with team members to locate and prepare vehicles for customer pickup or test drives. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to operate vehicles safely and maneuver in tight lot spaces. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Prior experience in automotive or lot management is a plus but not required. Essential Duties:

Verifies serial numbers of incoming cars against invoice Inspects vehicles for any damages and to verify the presence of accessories listed on the invoice Records the description of damages and lists missing items on the delivery receipt Parks new vehicles in assigned areas Catalogs and stores keys Affix stock numbers to vehicles Moves sold vehicles to maximize use of space and keep the lot in order Keeps new and used vehicle inventory parked and orderly Picks up and delivers vehicles to sublet suppliers on occasion Prepares wholesale used vehicles for auction Maintains facilities and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
