This position will perform PDR services for internal and guest vehicles to the highest possible standards. Responsibilities Traveling to various Dahl locations to assess, quote, and repair paintless dents on internal & guest vehicles. Work with warranty claim vendors for prior approvals & payments. Safely drive and professionally operate company vehicle to and from guest sites or Dahl locations. Identifying issues that may affect PDR corrections. Advise to guests and sales managers in advance. Approach repair planning with a sense of urgency and detail to avoid waste and rework later in the process. Communicate effectively, be honest, be customer service friendly, and be able to work & stay productive without direct oversight.
