About the role We're looking for dependable drivers to join our team at Long Beach Airport (LGB). This is a part-time position with an on-call component : you'll receive a regular part-time schedule, and when a teammate calls out, you're first in line to pick up those hours. If you want steady part-time work with the chance to earn more by being reliable and available, this is the role for you. You'll shuttle rental cars between designated locations on the LGB property and vacuum interiors so every vehicle is clean and ready for the next customer.

How the schedule works Guaranteed part-time hours each week on a set schedule On-call coverage: when someone calls out, you get the call — and the hours The more available you are, the more hours you'll work Weekends, early mornings, and evenings are part of airport operations Responsibilities Safely shuttle vehicles to and from designated locations at LGB Vacuum and tidy vehicle interiors to meet cleanliness standards Perform basic walk-around inspections before and after each move and report any damage or issues Keep to the schedule so vehicles are staged and ready on time Provide professional, courteous service to customers and partner staff Work as a team to keep the operation moving Follow all airport and company safety procedures Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Physically able to shuttle vehicles, bend, stand for extended periods, and lift as needed Flexibility to work a part-time schedule and respond to on-call requests, including short notice Reliable phone access so we can reach you for open shifts Strong attention to detail Previous rental car, valet, lot, or detailing experience is a plus but not required What we offer Competitive hourly pay Part-time hours with a real path to more — reliable on-call drivers get the most shifts Work at Long Beach Airport, a fast-moving but manageable operation Training provided; growth opportunities across our 40+ airport locations nationwide Supportive supervisors and management How to apply — 2 quick steps Apply here on Indeed.
