Responsibilities Safely operattransportation vehicles Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, conducting regular inspections and basic mechanical checks. Communicate clearly with, colleagues, and dispatchers using effective language skills in English or multilingual settings. Keep accurate records of trips, maintenance issues, and safety incidents as required. Skills Proven experience in commercial driving, or specialized transportation roles Strong communication skills in English and Spanish ; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse communities. Knowledge of vehicle mechanics and basic troubleshooting to ensure vehicle safety and reliability Excellent customer service skills to foster positive interactions with from various backgrounds. Experience in behavior management techniques to ensure safe and respectful environments onboard. Demonstrated ability to follow detailed routes, schedules, and safety procedures diligently.
