Whether navigating busy city streets or quiet suburban roads, your role is essential in providing reliable and efficient transportation services. Responsibilities Safely operate a taxi or Ride-Share vehicle along designated local driving routes and during night hours to serve customers efficiently. Use GPS navigation systems to determine optimal routes, avoid delays, and ensure timely arrivals at destinations. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine vehicle maintenance checks to ensure safety and comfort for passengers. Process cash and credit transactions accurately while providing friendly customer service to enhance passenger satisfaction. Adhere strictly to traffic regulations, safety standards, and company policies during all driving activities. Assist passengers with boarding and alighting, including those with mobility challenges such as elderly or disabled clients. Keep detailed records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle condition for operational transparency. When time allows, make sales appointments and calls in your main working territory. Skills Proficiency in GPS navigation systems for efficient route planning and real-time traffic updates. Experience in taxi driving, limousine service, or commercial driving with a strong understanding of local routes. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance routines to identify issues early and ensure vehicle reliability. Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety, traffic laws, and defensive driving techniques. Strong customer service abilities to create positive interactions with diverse passengers. Ability to handle night driving shifts confidently while maintaining alertness and professionalism. Experience processing cash and credit transactions accurately and managing fare payments seamlessly. Familiarity with Sales practices or Experience in Sales is a plus and will help you move forward toward Maximizing your pay.
