About Slidr Slidr is an electric microtransit company that brings easy, on-demand rides to the communities we serve across North Carolina and Florida. In Naples, we run the ride service for Cove Inn. Guests request a ride through the app and we pick them up and take them where they need to go, all in clean, all-electric vehicles. Because you drive our vehicles, you never pay for gas or insurance, and you never put miles on your own car. The role We are hiring drivers for Cove Inn in Naples. We are looking for people who put safety first, enjoy being around others, and take pride in great hospitality. Our drivers are the face of Slidr. You will help guests get to dinner, the beach, shopping, and back to the hotel, lend a hand to anyone who needs a little extra help, and be a warm, welcoming presence guests remember. What you will do Provide safe, reliable, on-demand rides around Naples and nearby destinations Deliver friendly, high-quality service to every guest Use the driver app to accept ride requests and take the best route so guests get there on time Keep your vehicle clean and safe throughout your shift Run a quick vehicle check at the start of each shift and flag any issues to the team Stay in touch with management and teammates about anything that comes up on the road Why drive with Slidr All-electric vehicles: no gas, no maintenance, no insurance cost, and no wear on your own car Flexible full-time and part-time shifts Hospitality-focused work where you actually get to know the people you serve A typical shift

• Start at the Cove Inn hub where our vehicles are parked and charged
• Log in to the driver app
• Run the vehicle checklist to make sure everything is good to go
• See a problem? Let the team know. They have your back.
• Give the interior a quick clean, since a tidy vehicle makes for happy guests
• Let your team know you are ready, then start accepting ride requests
• Need help during your shift? Driver support is a call away
