Orlando International Airport:
monitor the inbound flight, be in position with a name sign before the guest arrives, and assist with luggage. Contact guests while en route so they know their chauffeur is on the way, particularly for early-morning departures. Review every reservation in advance, follow all reservation notes, and confirm your assigned trips ahead of time; flag any conflict to dispatch immediately. Use GPS navigation on every trip with the destination and correct airport terminal loaded before the guest enters the vehicle. Properly and securely install child car seats when required, and ensure they are clean and presentable. Inspect the vehicle at the start of each shift and return it clean, vacuumed, and ready for the next chauffeur. Load and unload luggage safely; use curb-side doors and safe pull-off positions at all pickups and drop-offs. Communicate professionally with dispatch — text for routine updates, call for urgent matters. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding guests, itineraries, and company information. Qualifications Minimum 1 years of professional experience as a chauffeur, black car driver, or executive/luxury transportation driver. Airport and hospitality experience strongly preferred. Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record and no more than 1 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 5 years. Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record review and drug screen. Hold, or be able to obtain, the required local for-hire driver permit(s) for Orlando and Orlando International Airport. Strong knowledge of the Orlando area, including MCO, the major theme parks and resorts, Port Canaveral, and the vacation-home corridors. Comfortable driving full-size SUVs and high-roof passenger vans; Sprinter or Transit experience a plus. Polished, professional appearance and demeanor; clear, courteous communication in English. Additional languages a plus. Ability to lift and load luggage of up to 50 lbs. Smartphone with reliable data service; comfortable using a driver app for trip status and flight tracking.
