Weekly after initial 3-week payment hold About the Position We are seeking reliable and professional Cargo Delivery Operators to service scheduled delivery routes in the Osprey, Florida area. This position is ideal for dependable individuals who have their own vehicle, are comfortable driving daily routes, and can provide consistent and professional delivery service. Compensation Cargo Van Operators — $175/day SUV Operators — $90/day Payments are guaranteed for completed and accepted routes according to the terms of the service agreement. There will be an initial 3-week payment hold for new operators. Following the initial hold period, payments will be issued weekly according to the agreed payment schedule. Required Qualifications Must have a valid driver's license. Must have a reliable personal vehicle.
Cargo Van:
Must be properly registered and insured for delivery/commercial use as required by applicable law and the applicable insurance policy.
SUV:
Must be properly registered and insured. Must provide current proof of vehicle insurance and registration. Must have a reliable smartphone with cellular data. Must have reliable transportation to and from assigned routes. Must successfully complete a background check. Must have a clean driving record appropriate for the position. Must be dependable and able to complete assigned 7-day routes. Must be able to safely load, transport, and deliver packages. Must maintain professional communication with dispatch/management and customers. Must be able to follow delivery procedures and use required delivery technology/apps. Vehicle RequirementsCargo Van — $175/day Cargo vans must: Be in safe operating condition. Be properly registered. Carry valid insurance appropriate for the vehicle's intended delivery use. Have sufficient cargo capacity for assigned routes. Be clean and presentable. Have working doors, lights, tires, brakes, and other required safety equipment. Be available for the full duration of assigned routes. Proof of insurance and registration will be required before beginning work. SUV — $90/day SUVs must: Be in safe operating condition. Be properly registered and insured. Have sufficient cargo space for the assigned route. Be clean and presentable. Have working safety equipment and be maintained in roadworthy condition. Smartphone Requirement A reliable smartphone with active cellular service is required. Operators may be required to use a delivery/route-management application to: Receive route information Navigate routes Confirm deliveries Upload delivery documentation Communicate with the company or dispatch Provide delivery status updates Background & Driving Screening All applicants are subject to screening before being approved for the position.

Operators are expected to:
Arrive prepared for each assigned route. Complete assigned deliveries within the required timeframe. Properly handle packages. Follow delivery instructions. Communicate promptly regarding delays, vehicle issues, accidents, or other route-related problems. Maintain professional conduct while representing the delivery operation.
