Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and responsible Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Employee Shuttle Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the friendly face and safe driver responsible for transporting employees, clients, and visitors efficiently and securely across designated local routes. Your primary focus will be ensuring passenger safety, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining reliable shuttle operations. Responsibilities Safely operate shuttle vehicles equipped with commercial licenses along specified local routes, adhering strictly to traffic laws and company policies Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, alighting, and baggage handling in a courteous manner Use GPS navigation and navigation software to follow optimized routes and ensure timely arrivals at designated stops Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure shuttle safety and operational readiness Communicate effectively with clients and team members using client communication skills to address questions or concerns during transit Maintain accurate logs of trips, passenger counts, and vehicle condition reports for compliance and safety audits Ensuring proper handling and safety protocols are followed Qualifications Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with passenger endorsement required Proven experience in commercial driving, shuttle driving, or related transportation roles such as bus driving or van driving Strong knowledge of GPS navigation systems, navigation software, and local driving routes Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse passengers Ability to adhere strictly to traffic regulations, safety standards, and company policies Experience in vehicle maintenance or basic troubleshooting is preferred Prior experience in hospitality or client-facing roles is a plus Join us as a CDL Employee Shuttle Operator and become an integral part of a team dedicated to safe transportation, exceptional service, and operational excellence.
