Responsibilities Safely operate your own Ford Transit or Ram ProMaster to transport passengers or goods efficiently and reliably Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor during all interactions Conduct routine vehicle maintenance checks to ensure safety and compliance with road regulations Assist with loading and unloading heavy items when necessary, demonstrating strength and safety awareness Communicate clearly with clients and dispatchers to coordinate schedules and address any issues promptly Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies to ensure secure transportation at all times Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, and delivery details for record-keeping purposes Experience Proven experience in shuttle driving, delivery services, bus driving, or similar roles involving passenger or cargo transportation Familiarity with paratransit services, school bus driving, limousine operations, or commercial driving is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally Ability to perform heavy lifting when required for loading or unloading items safely Knowledge of vehicle maintenance basics to identify potential issues before they escalate Previous experience in driving roles that demand excellent communication skills and safety awareness is preferred Valid driver's license appropriate for commercial or passenger vehicle operation; clean driving record preferred This role offers an engaging opportunity for motivated drivers who own their own reliable van and are eager to deliver exceptional service.
