Job Description

Van Driver Join Our Team! Bettendorf Community School District is looking for a dependable and caring Van Driver to join our team! This position is a great opportunity to make a difference by helping ensure our students get to and from school safely each day.
Start Date:
ASAP Rate of Pay:
$21.20/hour
Hours:
4.5 hours/day
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent Must be able to obtain a chauffeur's license Must be able to provide required I-9 documentation to verify eligibility to work in the United States.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to safely transport students while following all traffic laws and safety regulations Ability to remain attentive to traffic, road, and weather conditions while ensuring the safety of passengers Ability to maintain a safe environment within the van by enforcing rules of conduct Ability to respond appropriately to emergencies Knowledge of traffic regulations and safe driving practices Dependable and punctual Ability to interact positively with students and staff
