USD 18 - 21
Hourly Position at Autumn Glen Van Driver Part-time approximately 15-25 hours per week, mostly Monday-Friday between the hours of 10am-4pm. Must have flexible availability. Threading Joy and Connection

ongoing training and growth opportunities. Van Driver Job Summary Your main responsibility will be to ensure the safe and comfortable transportation of our residents. As a Van Driver, you'll contribute to the well-being of our community members by providing reliable transportation for various activities and appointments. When drives are not scheduled, the Van Driver will help make our residents' lives more enjoyable with fun and engaging activities
Responsibilities:
Safely transport residents to and from appointments, outings, and community events. Work with the Engagement Director to help run a variety of activities, like exercise programs, interesting sessions, art projects, trips, spiritual gatherings, and events with speakers and music. Ensure the comfort and well-being of passengers during transit. Assist residents with boarding and exiting the van safely. Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the van, conducting routine inspections. Assist in community programs and activities as needed. Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and community members. Report any issues or incidents promptly. Uphold a friendly and helpful demeanor to create a positive experience for residents.
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to operate a passenger van safely and responsibly. Love connecting with seniors and naturally get along with them. Good communication skills and the ability to interact positively with seniors. Respectful and patient attitude towards residents. Physical ability to assist residents with boarding and exiting the van. As the heart of our community our Engagement Team brings purpose and joy to our community.
