About the Role Choisser Automotive Services is a trusted, customer-focused automotive service company committed to providing an exceptional experience from the moment a customer arrives until their vehicle is ready. We are looking for a professional, reliable, and customer-focused Shuttle Driver / Shop Assistant to join our Davidsonville team. This position plays an important role in the customer experience while also supporting the shop with light maintenance and general duties during downtime. This is more than a driving position—you'll be an important part of our team and often one of the first and last people our customers interact with. Key Responsibilities Safely transport customers to and from our service center Provide friendly, professional, and courteous customer service Coordinate customer pickups and drop-offs with Service Advisors Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable shuttle vehicle Perform basic vehicle checks and report maintenance or safety concerns Assist with light shop duties and general facility maintenance during downtime Help keep the shop, customer areas, and surrounding property clean and organized Support the team with other general tasks as needed Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies What We're Looking For Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Reliable, punctual, and dependable Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable interacting with customers in a professional environment Able to work independently while also being a team player Willingness to assist with light shop and maintenance duties Ability to pass required drug/alcohol screening Automotive experience is a plus, but not required. We are looking for someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and commitment to excellent customer service.
