We are located at the Radisson Blu Mall of America. This position would provide shuttle services for guests of the Radisson BLU MOA. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged. This role has different start times depending on your availability ranging from Mid afternoon shifts to late night shifts. This position is located in Bloomington Minnesota. Responsibilities The shuttle driver would be responsible for runs between the Radisson BLU and the airport for all guests, with a focus on airline crews. You will also be responsible for assisting our valet team when needed. The shuttle driver maintains cleanliness of their shuttle, maintains gas levels, reports and needed maintenance and problems, reviews and monitors scheduled and unscheduled rides throughout their shift, takes and receives calls from the dispatcher, and provides exceptional customer service to all riders and guests. All shifts are available for the right candidate. Qualifications Driver's License with a squeaky clean record DOT medical card OR ability to obtain via drug test & physical pre-hiring High school or Equivalent Education Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods Ability to routinely lift luggage/packages into the vehicle, up to 50 lbs Desired Qualifications 1 year previous experience as a DOT certified shuttle/limo/car service driver Experience driving large vans, 12-15 passenger 1 year experience in customer service 1 year experience in hospitality Experience with routine maintenance on large vehicles Benefits For FT staff we offer paid breaks, and possible paid time off.
