Part-Time / Full-Time About the Position We are seeking responsible, reliable, and safety-conscious School Van Drivers to provide safe and dependable transportation for students to and from school and other scheduled activities. Job Responsibilities Safely transport students according to assigned routes and schedules. Pick up and drop off students at designated locations and on time. Follow all traffic laws, transportation regulations, and company policies. Maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment for students. Assist students with entering and exiting the vehicle when necessary. Perform basic vehicle safety checks before and after each trip. Keep the school van clean, safe, and well-maintained. Immediately report vehicle problems, accidents, delays, or safety concerns. Communicate professionally and respectfully with students, parents, and school staff. Maintain confidentiality regarding students and their families. Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality. Follow all company transportation and safety procedures. Minimum Requirements Good driving record required. Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle. At least 21 years of age . Safe and responsible driving history. Must successfully pass a background check . Must successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check . Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test . Must comply with applicable drug and alcohol testing requirements during employment. Must be dependable, punctual, professional, and responsible. Must be available for morning and afternoon routes. Previous experience transporting children is preferred but not required. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience as a school van, school bus, passenger, or childcare transportation driver. Experience working with children or students. Strong communication and customer-service skills. Knowledge of safe driving practices. A positive attitude and commitment to student safety.
