We're hiring drivers to safely transport students to and from school and are looking for dependable , safety-minded individuals who enjoy working with students and want a predictable Monday-Friday schedule. No CDL required. Company van provided. Fuel card provided. Guaranteed 30 hours per week. 4 ROUTES

AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE ASSIGNMENT!

We currently have 4 open routes available. Drivers hired for these openings will be assigned a regular daily route. Once these routes are filled, we will continue hiring for 2 Standby Driver positions , also guaranteed a minimum of 6 paid hours per day / 30 hours per week .

WHAT WE OFFER

Starting Pay:

$18.00 per hour

Guaranteed Hours:

We guarantee our drivers a minimum of 6 paid hours per day / 30 paid hours per week. Some routes offer 7 hours per day / 35 hours per week.

Predictable Split-Shift Schedule:

Our routes typically begin between 6:00-7:00 AM for the morning shift and 1:30-2:30 PM for the afternoon shift. Most routes are completed by 5:00 PM .

Company Van Provided:

Once assigned a regular route, you will be provided with a company van to take home, allowing you to start and end your route from home each day rather than commuting to our base.

Company Fuel Card:

Drivers assigned a company vehicle are provided with a company fuel card for authorized vehicle fuel expenses. Opportunities for

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Van Driver, you'll play an important role in providing safe, reliable transportation for students each school day . Safely transport students to and from school and other approved programs in a company-provided van. Make student safety your #1 priority at all times. Complete required daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections . Keep your assigned company van clean, organized, and ready for service . Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and transportation requirements . Maintain professional and timely communication with Dispatch, management, school staff, and other team members . Follow assigned routes, schedules, pickup/drop-off instructions, and student transportation requirements. Promptly report any vehicle concerns, safety issues, accidents, incidents, or route changes . Provide students with a safe, professional, and respectful transportation experience .

WHAT YOU NEED

Valid Minnesota Driver's License —

NO CDL REQUIRED

Good driving record Ability to pass required background check and drug screening Comfortable working with children Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain regular attendance Ability to safely perform the essential responsibilities of the position.
