You'll transport guests safely and comfortably, manage luggage, and act as an ambassador of both the hotel and Resolute Road Hospitality brand. Your role is part service, part safety—and 100% hospitality. This position is ideal for someone who leads with Integrity, communicates with Social Intelligence, and works Stronger Together with the team. What You'll Do Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional service during transport Safely operate shuttle vehicles to and from designated locations Load and unload guest luggage with care and professionalism Maintain a clean, well functioning, and presentable shuttle at all times Keep accurate mileage logs and conduct routine vehicle inspections Stay informed about the hotel property, amenities, and local attractions Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests or concerns Follow all safety protocols and company procedures Report accidents or issues immediately to leadership Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Friendly, service-oriented, and reliable Strong safety awareness and commitment to guest care Able to manage time and multiple responsibilities effectively Fluent in English; multilingual skills are a plus Comfortable with physical tasks including loading luggage (up to 50 pounds) Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Able to maintain a calm demeanor in changing or fast-paced environments Knowledge of or ability to learn vehicle safety and emergency procedures Familiarity with local roads and navigation tools preferred Education & Experience High school diploma or GED preferred Prior experience in hospitality or as a shuttle/transportation driver is a plus Licenses & Certifications Valid driver's license with a clean 3-year driving required Additional Information Consistent attendance and adherence to Resolute Road Hospitality's standards are critical to success in this role.
