As a Shuttle Driver, you will ensure a smooth travel experience for travelers, maintain vehicle safety standards, and represent our commitment to quality service at every mile. Responsibilities Safely operate shuttle vehicles, including motor coaches, paratransit vans, and limousine-style shuttles, ensuring passenger safety at all times Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with luggage, answering questions, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of vehicles to ensure optimal operation and appearance Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures during daily routes and stops Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to coordinate schedules and relay important information Conduct pre-trip inspections to identify mechanical issues or safety concerns before each shift Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or maintenance needs Assist hotel maintenance team with projects and service orders. Secure hotel lobby and patrol exterior of property. Keep property clean and organized. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred but not mandatory depending on vehicle type Proven experience in bus driving, shuttle driving, or delivery driver roles; experience with motor coaches or school buses is highly valued Strong mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle inspections and troubleshoot minor issues Excellent communication skills in English for interacting with passengers and team members Ability to handle physically demanding tasks such as assisting with luggage or standing for extended periods Knowledge of paratransit operations or limousine services is a plus Prior experience in customer service roles that require clear communication and professionalism Join us as an Airport Shuttle Driver to deliver safe, reliable transportation while creating positive experiences for travelers.
