Duties Safely operate shuttle vans, passenger vans, and personal vehicles along designated local routes, ensuring timely arrivals and departures Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, providing friendly and professional customer service at all times Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine inspections to ensure optimal operation and safety standards are met Follow GPS navigation systems to efficiently navigate routes, adjusting as needed for traffic or road conditions Comply with all state transportation regulations, including hours of service, licensing requirements, and safety protocols Communicate effectively with clients and team members to coordinate schedules, relay route updates, or address concerns promptlySkills Proven experience as a delivery driver, bus driver, shuttle driver, or chauffeur driving passenger vehicles or vans Strong knowledge of GPS navigation tools and local driving routes for efficient route planning Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members Ability to adhere strictly to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during all driving activities Experience with vehicle maintenance checks and basic troubleshooting to ensure vehicle reliability Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle diverse passenger needs courteously Prior experience in medical transportation or paratransit services is a plus but not requiredEmbark on a rewarding journey where your driving skills make a difference!
