Overview:

The Shuttle Driver is responsible for safely transporting employees to and from Tennessee Cancer Specialists' Johnson City office. This role plays an important part in ensuring employees arrive at their destination safely, on time, and with a positive experience. The ideal candidate is dependable, courteous, safety-focused, and committed to providing exceptional service while operating company vehicles.

Safely transport employees between designated locations and the Johnson City office according to established schedules. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional vehicle environment. Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety protocols while operating the vehicle. Assist passengers as needed to ensure a safe and comfortable transportation experience. Monitor routes and adjust travel plans as necessary due to traffic, weather, or road conditions. Maintain accurate transportation logs, mileage records, and other required documentation. Communicate schedule updates, delays, or transportation issues to appropriate personnel. Ensure punctual arrivals and departures to support operational efficiency. Represent Tennessee Cancer Specialists in a professional and courteous manner at all times. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Must possess a good driving record. Must possess a valid state driver's license.
