No other community comes close. The Promontory Conservancy is looking to fulfill a vacancy for a Conservancy Shuttle Driver - Seasonal. The Shuttle Driver is responsible for providing and enforcing safe travel for Promontory owners utilizing the Conservancy shuttle by following the shuttle schedule/reservations. The Shuttle Driver is responsible for following all traffic rules and laws and for helping maintain healthy and clean vehicles .
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Driving Members and their guests from the Ranch Club House to either Deer Valley Resort or Park City Resort. Fill up the tank whenever the tank is at the half way point. Fill up at the Pete Dye Turf Center. The Shuttle Driver must determine if driving conditions are not safe. If they are not safe, they are to communicate to their supervisor immediately. The driver will also work with the concierge in such circumstances. Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, report accidents, injuries and unsafe work practices to the Conservancy Director of Owner Services. Complete safety training and certifications. Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND CERTIFICATIONS
: High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; must be at least 21 years of age; must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record and be able to be added to Promontory's vehicle insurance.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1 year of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience; must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
WORKING KNOWLEDGE TO BE ACQUIRED ON JOB
Abide by Promontory policies and procedures and submit ideas for possible revision; work independently with little supervision; courteous and helpful with Promontory Club Members and employees; practice proper and timely communication.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
Must be able to lift a minimum of 15lbs exerting up to 25lbs of force occasionally to move objects both horizontally and vertically; must be able to sit in chair for long periods of time; must be able to work in hot and cold environments; must be willing to work various hours, nights, holidays and weekends. Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Wages start at $24/hr and will be determined upon employment and will be commensurate with experience.
