Duties Safely operate your personal vehicle to deliver small parcels along assigned routes, adhering strictly to traffic laws and DOT regulations. Load and unload packages using manual handling techniques, ensuring proper weight distribution and safe lifting practices. Use mobile devices to navigate routes efficiently, update delivery statuses, and communicate with dispatch teams. Must be able to comfortably lift up to 50lbs. Provide excellent customer service by delivering parcels accurately, professionally, and on time; interact courteously with recipients. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and route completion; ensure all documentation complies with safety standards. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks to guarantee safe operation throughout your shift. Qualifications Prior delivery driver experience, with courier or small parcel deliveries but not required. Warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus. Valid driver's license suitable for Cargo van, Sprinter Van or personal vehicle; prior delivery driving experience preferred but not required .
