We are building a high-performance team and are looking for a driven individual who can help us recruit top talent while supporting daily field operations. This position is much more than driving a van. The right candidate will play a key role in company growth by helping us attract, hire, and retain quality team members. Position Overview The Field Recruiter & Team Transportation Coordinator is responsible for recruiting new canvassers, coordinating interviews, assisting with onboarding, and providing transportation support for team members. Responsibilities Recruit qualified candidates through Indeed, social media, referrals, networking, and community outreach Review applications and conduct initial phone screenings Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate follow-up Assist with onboarding new hires Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Drive company team members to and from assigned work locations Ensure company vehicles are clean, organized, and properly maintained Track recruiting activity and hiring metrics Work closely with leadership to identify staffing needs and hiring goals Help build and maintain a positive team culture Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Comfortable speaking with new people daily Organized and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Proficient with basic computer and smartphone applications Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following areas is a plus: Recruiting Sales Customer service Team leadership Marketing Canvassing or door-to-door sales Candidates without direct experience are encouraged to apply if they demonstrate strong work ethic, coachability, and a willingness to learn.
