5:00 AM - 9:00 PM Fast Ice Inc. is seeking an experienced, professional Independent Owner-Operator Chauffeur for luxury transportation services in the Las Vegas market. We are specifically seeking an established transportation professional who owns a qualifying luxury SUV, maintains commercial/livery insurance, and is already legally authorized to provide for-hire passenger transportation in Nevada. This is not an entry-level driving position.

COMPENSATION

$8,000 per month Fast Ice Inc.

will also cover approved:

Fuel associated with assigned transportation Tolls and approved transportation-related road charges associated with assigned trips Driver is responsible for their own vehicle, commercial insurance, vehicle registration, licensing, maintenance, and other owner-operator obligations unless otherwise specified in the final written agreement. Payment will be made once per month , subject to the terms of the independent contractor agreement.

REQUIRED AVAILABILITY

This opportunity requires substantial availability and flexibility.

The owner-operator must:

Be available 6 days per week Maintain an availability window from 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM Maintain reliable telephone/app communication while available Be able to accept prearranged transportation assignments during the agreed availability period Be available for early-morning airport transportation Be available for evening assignments Provide reliable coverage for scheduled and time-sensitive reservations The 5:00 AM-9:00 PM period represents the required availability window . Actual driving and passenger-service time will depend on assigned reservations and transportation demand.

NEVADA OPERATING AUTHORITY

MANDATORY

Applicants must already be legally authorized to perform the proposed for-hire passenger transportation in Nevada. Applicants must provide evidence of the applicable: Nevada Transportation Authority (NTA) operating authority / CPCN or other authority applicable to the services Nevada for-hire transportation permits and credentials NTA driver permit, where required Commercial/livery insurance Vehicle registration Vehicle inspections and permits, where applicable Other regulatory credentials required for the proposed transportation Applicants who only have a personal vehicle and personal auto insurance will not qualify. Fast Ice Inc. will verify all operating authority, permits and credentials before transportation services begin.

VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS

Applicant must own a premium black luxury SUV suitable for executive chauffeured transportation.

Preferred vehicles:

Cadillac Escalade Lincoln Navigator Other comparable luxury SUVs may be considered subject to approval.

Vehicle must:

Be in excellent mechanical condition Have an excellent exterior appearance Have a clean, premium interior Meet applicable Nevada regulatory requirements Meet applicable client requirements Maintain current registration Maintain required commercial/livery insurance Pass applicable inspections Be maintained to professional chauffeur standards at all times

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

Applicants should have: Valid driver's license Clean driving record Professional chauffeur or executive transportation experience Excellent customer-service skills Professional appearance Reliable smartphone and communication Strong knowledge of Las Vegas Knowledge of the Las Vegas Strip Familiarity with major hotels and resorts Familiarity with Harry Reid International Airport Ability to provide professional airport pickups Ability to provide executive/VIP-level service Excellent reliability and punctuality Professional passenger communication Ability to handle luggage professionally Ability to maintain passenger privacy and discretion

SERVICE EXPECTATIONS

Owner-operators are expected to provide:

Professional attire Clean and properly presented vehicle Timely arrival Professional passenger greeting Luggage assistance Safe and professional driving Proper communication Accurate pickup procedures Airport and hotel familiarity Passenger privacy Excellent customer service Drivers must maintain the vehicle in professional condition throughout the service period.

CONTRACT

This opportunity is intended to be structured as an independent owner-operator relationship , subject to a written agreement and compliance with applicable Nevada law. The proposed contract term is up to one year , subject to final written terms, regulatory compliance, service performance, continued eligibility, and applicable termination provisions.
