Required Qualifications & Experience:

Current certification as a CVOR Tech or equivalent (where applicable) Proven experience in nursing support roles within a CVOR, cardiovascular, or surgical setting BLS certification (maintain current status) Strong knowledge of sterile techniques and CVOR equipment Excellent communication and adaptability skills Experience with EMR systems preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Assist surgical teams during cardiovascular procedures, ensuring all instruments and supplies are available and sterile Maintain a safe, supportive, and efficient operating room environment Perform set-up and breakdown of the CVOR according to established protocols Collaborate with the nursing team and surgeons to ensure optimal patient care Participate actively in quality assurance and improvement initiatives
