Full-time Cath Lab Tech professionals are sought for a dynamic department with a four-day workweek (4 x 10-hour shifts), including rotating call, weekend, holiday, and floating assignments as needed. This structure provides greater flexibility alongside the opportunity to earn shift differentials for select schedules. Working in this specialized imaging environment means contributing to advanced diagnostic and interventional procedures, following detailed provider protocols, and upholding rigorous patient safety standards. The role also involves actively participating in the training and orientation of new or transferring Cath Lab staff, precepting certified and non-certified team members, and modeling evidence-based clinical practice. You'll also help onboard physicians, supporting a culture focused on advanced skills and continuous learning.
Desired Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cath Lab settings Current ARRT or RCIS certification Strong foundation in radiographic diagnostic/interventional procedures Leadership and precepting abilities Adaptability to on-call, weekend, and floating roles
Key Responsibilities:
Perform skilled Cath Lab procedures per departmental protocols Exercise sound independent judgment on complex cases Guide, support, and mentor other Cath Lab staff Champion patient safety and quality standards
