Job Description

Schedule/Hours:
Full-time, 4 shifts per week 10-hour shifts Weekend, holiday, and on-call rotation as needed Floating as needed
Qualifications:
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required At least 2 years of recent professional experience in a similar setting Proficient in all surgical specialties; ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of surgical instruments, sterile technique, and troubleshooting equipment
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare for surgical procedures by selecting and verifying instruments and supplies Anticipate surgeon's needs, passing instruments and operating equipment during procedures Maintain sterile field, retract tissue, and ensure smooth workflow in the operating room Coordinate with surgical, biomedical, and ancillary teams for seamless case execution Participate in floating and on-call coverage as needed
