Job Description

Category Imaging - MRI Job Type Travel Experience the breathtaking beauty and adventure of Alaska while furthering your career in radiology as a travel MRI technologist in Ester, AK. Schedule/Hours:
Full-time, three 12-hour shifts per week Weekend shifts as needed (may include every weekend) Occasional on-call and holiday coverage (as clinic is open) May float between inpatient and outpatient services
Responsibilities:
Perform MRI procedures by following and verifying provider orders Apply independent judgment and established methodologies to all tasks Educate patients and families about procedures and treatments Demonstrate professionalism and promote efficient teamwork and resource use Produce high-quality diagnostic images and present all relevant patient information Prepare and maintain accurate documentation Demonstrate competence in prescribed invasive/interventional procedures as applicable
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of professional MRI experience ARRT (MRI) certification required
