Schedule/Hours:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday:
7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Tuesday, Thursday:
10:30 am - 7:00 pm No weekends or major holidays In this physical therapy hospital role, you'll find opportunities to develop your clinical expertise within an interdisciplinary team, as well as to strengthen crucial skills in patient handling, time management, and effective communication.
Qualifications:
Current Massachusetts PT licensure required Minimum of one year of physical therapy experience in an outpatient/clinic care setting Proficient in patient handling and transfer techniques Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities Strong organizational and time-management skills Self-directed, adaptable, and able to multitask in a dynamic setting
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, individualized patient care in an outpatient clinic setting Perform patient evaluations and develop targeted treatment plans Utilize best practices for safe patient handling and transfers Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team Accurately document progress and communicate with patients and families
