Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Current certification in Computed Tomography from an accredited program Valid registration with ARRT (CT) or equivalent credential Active and unrestricted state license (as required) Minimum of one year recent experience in a hospital or outpatient CT setting Solid understanding of imaging protocols, safety standards, and patient positioning Strong communication and critical thinking skills Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and medical staff

Primary Responsibilities:

Prepare and position patients for CT scans, ensuring safety and comfort Operate CT equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images Accurately follow prescribed imaging protocols and physician instructions Document procedures and maintain patient records in compliance with facility policies Monitor patients during scans, responding to any questions or concerns promptly Perform quality assurance checks on imaging equipment and report any malfunctions Adhere closely to infection control and radiation safety measures
