Opportunity:
CT/Xray Tech Job Details:
  • Work weekend overnight shifts: Friday 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, Saturday 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, Sunday 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM
  • Perform both CT and X-Ray imaging procedures
  • Patient ratio of 1:1
  • No floating between units required
  • No on-call responsibilities
  • Minimum 1 year of experience required
  • Required certifications:
ARRT CT, ARRT R, BLS
  • Epic charting system experience preferred
  • Must have vehicle for assignment
  • Scrub color: Any color allowed
  • 32 hours of orientation provided
  • Work with patients across age groups: adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
  • Perform various imaging procedures including abdomen, chest, head, pelvis contrast studies, trauma imaging, and emergency department imaging
  • Skills required include 3D rendering, multiplanar reconstruction, contrast media preparation/administration, peripheral IV starts, and venipuncture
  • May be expected to float to sister facilities nearby
  • Must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays

This 59-bed short-term acute care teaching hospital provides comprehensive medical services with modern technology and equipment. The facility features 2 imaging rooms with 48 beds and offers interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, interpretation services, radiology, rapid response teams, pharmacy, transportation, and unit secretary support. The organization uses Epic charting system and maintains high standards for patient care across multiple departments.
