Qualifications and Experience:

Current and valid RN license Extensive clinical experience in CVOR nursing Advanced knowledge of cardiovascular surgical procedures, sterile techniques, and operating room protocols Ability to collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia teams, and scrub techs Proficient critical thinking and emergency response skills BLS and ACLS certifications required Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Responsibilities and Duties:
