Schedule/Hours:

12-hour night shifts (7:00pm - 7:00am) Per-diem coverage; hours are variable with no guaranteed minimum

Qualifications:

Current unrestricted RN license Minimum of 2 years ICU experience preferred BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Adaptability to fast-paced, changing environments Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver expert, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the ICU Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, intervening as needed Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and support staff Participate in rapid responses and code situations Educate patients and their families regarding care plans and treatment protocols Maintain compliance with facility policies, state, and federal regulations
