Responsibilities:

Perform independent nursing and delegated medical functions following state and practice standards Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on continuous health data assessment Conduct health teaching and counseling to patients and families Deliver both direct and indirect supportive therapies to optimize patient outcomes Execute physician-delegated procedures and refer to specialty services as needed Monitor and review therapy and treatment plans Thoroughly document care in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards Collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams, floating to other departments if required Exhibit and promote core values throughout all patient and peer interactions May participate in on-call rotations during scheduled shifts

Qualifications:

Current RN licensure in good standing Two years of recent ER nursing experience preferred BLS and ACLS certification required Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills Adaptability to work in fast-paced, high-acuity settings
