Key Qualifications:

Current, unrestricted RN license Proven experience in an Emergency Room setting BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS or TNCC certification a plus Strong assessment skills and ability to quickly prioritize patient needs Adept at working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:

Triage and assess patients in the ER, recognizing and responding to life-threatening conditions Administer medications, start IVs, and carry out physician orders accurately Monitor patients' vital signs and progress, updating care plans as needed Coordinate and communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals Provide compassionate education and support to patients and their families Maintain detailed, accurate patient records in compliance with facility and regulatory standards Adhere to all infection control and safety procedures This contract role provides an excellent way to broaden your clinical experience and contribute to a high-performing medical team.
