Full-time, variable shiftsQualifications:
Active RN license in current state of practice Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent combination of education/related experience required; Master's preferred Minimum of five years' technical experience (ICU strongly preferred) Supervisory experience or demonstrated supervisory skills required Current AHA or ARC BLS certification; PALS and ACLS required Clinical specialty or nursing administration certification preferredResponsibilities:
Provide hands-on leadership and direction to ICU nursing and ancillary staff Coordinate care planning and monitor patient outcomes for quality and safety Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration and ensure cultural competence in care delivery Assess staffing needs, assign personnel, and oversee unit scheduling Coach, mentor, and evaluate team members; participate in hiring decisions Implement policy changes and support continuous improvement initiatives Maintain department safety and oversee equipment readinessBenefits & Perks:
