Job Description Starting Pay-Rates:

Responsibilities:

As a Travel lifeguard with PSA , your responsibilities will include:

• Travel to multiple location throughout North San Antonio
• Work a minimum of 4 shifts per week
• Monitoring the safety of all patrons in and around the pool area.
• Enforcing facility rules to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Wearing proper uniform, including all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Conducting yourself in a professional manner at all times.
• Performing secondary duties when not on lifeguard stand.
• Maintaining current Lifeguarding, CPR, and First-Aid certifications.
• Keeping the pool area clean by picking up debris.
• Ensuring all opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Conducting chemical checks to ensure swimming safety.

Requirements:

To qualify for this position, you must:

• Be a minimum of 17 years or older.
• Responsible for your own schedule
• Have reliable transportation.
• Have a smartphone.
• Attend 1 monthly Inservice at one of our location.
• Work a minimum of 4 shifts per week
• Hold current Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First-Aid certifications.
• Possess effective communication skills.
• Attend in-service training or complete online training sessions.
